As the Mobile (iOS) Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for developing our iPhone/iPad applications that interacts with our AI platform backend. You are responsible for design, developing and testing iOS applications. You will be working closely with a small team of iOS engineers and backend engineers and produce high quality, visually appealing applications for our AI platform.

Who you are
  • You maintain scalable and robust data platforms.
  • You are customer focused, handling calls and emails from customers during office hours, ensuring prompt acknowledgment of issues, and providing regular updates.
  • You are flexible, travelling to customer sites when needed. Joining the on-call engineer rotation to provide off-hours support for critical service issues.
  • You are resourceful, identifying and implementing workarounds for customer incidents.
  • You are proactive, ensuring issues are tracked appropriately in the ticket management system.
  • You are a Team-Player, working with engineers and QA to ensure that issues are resolved, and fixes deployed, in a timely fashion.
  • You are reliable, enabling 2nd line to resolve incidents without undue escalation.  You improve monitoring, alerting and end to end tests.
  • You are detailed, maintaining suitable deployment-specific support documentation.
  • You transform ambiguity into clarity.
  • You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations.
  • You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself.  You convey and receive information in a clear, credible, and consistent manner.
What you'll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in iOS, IOS, Apple app, iPhone apps, iPhone applications.
  • Strong knowledge in Objective-C, Cocoa Touch & Swift Programming.
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets Xcode.
  • Significant skills in debugging & testing techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in building native and hybrid apps
  • Deeper understanding of security and performance in mobile products.
  • Knowledge on server side components is a plus.
  • Continuous integration experience (Jenkins / JIRA / Maven / Git)
Bonus if you have
  • Knowledge and skills in other programming platforms such as Android.
  • Experience with SQLite databases.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, CSD, CSM, SA, ASE.
  • Basic web development skills, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, React and Vue.js.
